The most unusual part of arriving at Bentley Residences near Miami is that the journey is not meant to end in a basement car park. The planned Dezervator lift carries both car and driver through the tower to a private garage beside the apartment. [1][2]
An arrival that continues into the home
This is not a garage designed to disappear behind a service door. In the official renderings, it sits alongside the living space, turning the car into part of the interior view. For a collector, that changes the relationship between home and garage: the collection remains close at hand rather than several floors away. [1][2]
That practical idea gives the project more substance than a marque name on the façade. The private arrival is treated as an architectural experience in its own right, on equal terms with the apartment and its outlook.
A private resort on every balcony
The tower is being developed with Dezer Development at Sunny Isles Beach. Each residence is planned with a heated balcony pool, a summer kitchen and its own lounge area. Facilities that would ordinarily belong to a shared pool deck are moved onto the individual terrace. [1]
Broad glazing and deep balconies are intended to bring the living room, garage and ocean view into one continuous composition. In the renderings, the car, pool and interior are not separate luxuries; they belong to the same private floor.
Three levels of shared amenities
In February 2025, Bentley described approximately 20,000 square feet of communal facilities over three floors. The programme includes wellness spaces, a salon and even a spa for residents’ pets. It is an ambitious list, although for now it remains a proposal rather than an experience that can be judged in use. [1]
