Marina Bay Sands is known for its skyline views and infinity pool. Its Horizon Suite offers something more private: around 330 m² with a spa area within the suite itself. The one-bedroom accommodation is part of the Paiza Royal Collection and is designed for up to three guests. [1]
A spa behind a private door
What makes the suite most unusual is not its size, but the documented facilities that would normally belong in a spa area rather than a hotel suite. Marina Bay Sands states that the Horizon Suite has a traditional hammam, a Himalayan salt wall, heated ceramic lounge chairs and a separate massage room with two Gharieni massage tables. In addition, the official suite page mentions a dry sauna and a hammam shower. [1]
The hotel’s wellness factsheet confirms that the hammam, salt wall, sauna and massage tables belong to the suite itself. Guests would not have to share these facilities with the rest of the hotel. [2]
The Horizon Suite is part of Marina Bay Sands’ Paiza Collection, which the hotel describes as offering private arrivals and butler service. This suite goes further by placing a spa inside the accommodation. [3]
Room for privacy and guests
Horizon Suite is designed for more than wellness. The hotel says its onyx dining table seats ten, although the suite accommodates no more than three overnight guests. The bed is 240 centimetres wide, and the bathroom includes a two-person whirlpool bath with city views. The contrast between the private spa and generous living rooms makes the 330 square metres easier to imagine: there is room to be alone, receive guests or have a treatment without turning the entire suite into one open space. [1]
A stay without the shared reception
Private exercise is part of the same idea. Marina Bay Sands lists Technogym equipment within the suite, while arrival can include a private lift and in-suite check-in. These are practical choices, but they change the rhythm of a stay. Guests need not pass through a shared spa or reception to use the facilities at the centre of the experience. The hotel's images are illustrative, and the actual room may differ.
